The membership of TLPCA consists of contractors, manufacturers, distributors and other professionals who provide products and services to those in the walls and ceilings industry. TLPCA, and its affiliate organization, Texas Bureau for Lathing & Plastering has a long history of working with Architects and other Design Professionals, as well as General Contractors and Building Officials, to offer expert advice and consultation. As part of this industry relations commitment, the Bureau provides a one hour AIA-accredited continuing education program for Architects to better understand the composition, advantages and appropriate application of plaster and its related components.
